What makes a strong proposal
Pitch one focused question for general readers, explain why it matters and outline the main point the piece would help readers understand. We are interested in original explanations, comparisons, histories and grounded how-to writing that does not depend on unsupported claims or invented experience.
Before sending
A short outline is enough to begin; a finished article is not required. Please mention any relevant sources you expect to use and disclose interests that could affect the piece. We cannot promise publication, and a proposal should be sent through the Contact page rather than treated as accepted until we reply.
